Loved Ones,
I got my test results back today from the multitude of tests that where done last week. My Evoked Potential test came back positive for optic nerve damage and therefore showing a diagnosis of MS. My neuro-muscular doctor Dr. Ladha is going to be working along side with both my neuro-ophthalmologist and my neurologist to treat this. Though there is no cure I have full faith that through Christ all things are possible.
Though times have been difficult I know they could be far worst. I am blessed to live the life I have. I simply ask that as I continue to go down this road of treatment and more answers that you will pray with me, that my courage and strength stay strong and I can continue to be healthy and feeling well. As well as that Ryan and I continue to have strength in our marriage for the challenges that lie ahead. Ryan I truly desire to have a marriage that is focused on Him.
I have several more tests coming in the near future to determine the progression of my MS. By no means am I out of the water. I have been told that I will probably suffer from Acute Migraines the rest of my life and my neurologist is working closely with me to get these under control. They are working hard to get them treatable at home rather then ER visits. My optic nerve (my right eye) has been the trigger for the migraines all this time. As funny as it sounds I am thrilled they’re finally answers!
I love you all thank you for all your support over the past few years. It has been a rough at times. Ryan and I both know we could not have done this with out the loving support of our Lord and secondly the great friends and family we have along our side. Ryan and I consider ourselves extremely blessed! Thank you for always being there!
